This was an enjoyable stay for a business trip. The staff was excellent and around most of the time. The location was favourable, right by nearby eating places, Novato and Northern Marin County and the Bay Area. Had tea and goodies at Peets Coffee & Tea, nestled 1 mi of the hotel. They offered us great meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

The staff were very unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

Every time in Novato, I choose this place. The hotel is cute, nice based in a nice building. They offer brand-new, great-sized rooms with twin queen beds and full kitchen and the carpet. The location is magnificent, the staff is very friendly and decent.

The staff are friendly and amicable. The location is easy, close to Golden Gate bridge.

I thoroughly enjoyed having coffee, toast, cereal, and eggs in the morning. The room I booked was well-appointed and good-sized with a comfortable bed, basics and air conditioner. The location was comfy in the nice quiet area. There was a small restaurant, shopping centers and a market next door.

The hotel has favourable location so close to a very nice restaurant and Novato and Northern Marin County and Golden Gate bridge. Also, it was 3 miles from South Hamilton Park.

The bathroom was not very clean.

The staff was polite and accommodating, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Favourable location in a nice quiet neighborhood was a plus. Located right oof the highway, it was easy to find.

The room was immaculately clean and updated with its very very comfortable bed and the staff was accommodating.

Clean rooms and grounds. Quaint and effective motel. No traffic noise from nearby freeway. Good TV channel selection. Convenient location for exploring North of Golden Gate, Muir Woods, coastal area, Napa Valley, Sonoma. Spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. Fridge and microwave provided. Nearby shops and restaurants. Cheerful and efficient staff. Adequate continental breakfast. Laundry and swimming pool available. Well-equipped and well-managed.

Well-appointed rooms with full kitchen, king size bed and tile floors. Really helpful staff of the hotel. Location - comfortable and magnificent near to Nugget market, and nice restaurants close by. Also, in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Cool room, amicable staff, I loved it. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large. The location was peaceful, not too far from Pacheco Ranch Winery.

We had an excellent stay in Novato. The staff was accommodating, amicable. The location was marvellous, with Burger King nearby, where we could eat.

Great hotel, with excellent personnel. The rooms with a comfortable bed. Easy to get around, next to expressway. Easy check in and late check out. Clean pool area too.
